There're no server types: no deluxe a la mode server, no PvP server, no Role-Play server, no standard server. The sole server will be one all encompassing neapolitan server type. Anyone can do anything with few rules to hinder you , just the same as EvE online.

While starting the game, you'll find that there only one server available. Though many players see this as a sign of a game's weakness However, I was pleasantly surprised. Recent mainstream MMOs like AoC and WAR opened their doors in 2008 with too many servers, then found themselves in a painful contraction and server merging process in less than 2 months. Aventurine likely anticipated this issue. It plans to start small and move upwards with demand......not a bad decision given the state of the world’s economy, I think.
 
As there's only one server (Based in Europe) you'll often meet and fight with players from other countries. You'll see lots of French in the chat. Plenty of players may worry about pings from North america to the EU server. However , this wasn't an issue in the game. Pings were generally about 120-180 and didn't seem to effect PVE or PvP at all.
