The Conflicts Should Be Various In Darkfall Universe

Whether it's terrorists vs. counter terrorists, cops vs. robbers, or humans vs. orcs, the division is there to create the tension needed for good PvP. When that is missing, you end up with less conflict because, while most people claim they want the uber PvP, they'd much rather group up with everybody to maintain their safety in numbers. The result is more of a West vs. East or North vs. South conflict. The conflict should be much deeper than that. You should have a multitude of choices:
 
Human/Dwarf/Mirdain/Orc/Mahirim/Alfar vs. Traitors (ARAC guilds)
Orc/Mahirim vs. Alfar
Human/Dwarf/Mirdain vs. Orc/Mahirim
Good-aligned clans (blue) vs. Bad-aligned clans (red)
Alfar vs. Human/Dwarf/Mirdain

In all of those scenarios, each side of the conflict can clan up and ally up with one another. Blues can clan up with reds. Alfars can clan up with Humans. ARAC guilds can ally with racial guilds. So when each guild is an ARAC blue/red hybrid guild, who are they supposed to struggle? Another ARAC blue/red hybrid guild.. only most likely they'll ally up since there's no real inherit conflict between them. Clan alliance needs to actually do something. If you are a blue guild who has chosen "good aligned", if your clan rep falls into the negative, your entire clan turns red and you are shifted to evil aligned until you can grind back up your rep. War can still be declared on anyone, so inner-turmoil within the races and blues and reds will exist, meaning there still won't be any safe zones up to who decides to war you.
