Hi, everyone. How long have you played darkfall game? Which rank of your characters of darkfall account got? Have you owned sufficient darkfall gold, using which you can purchase much more powerful darkfall item for your characters? Okay, I want to tell you something about house building in DF.
 
Ahead of time, please allow me to come up with these questions: If building the house on the house plot is instantaneous or a long process, while having possessed a house deed? And, what are the taxes or maintenance fees on a house and are they due immediately?
 
So, there is an answer by surfing the internet, as follows:
 
At once, you need to double-click the deed at a house spot and it's up immediately, do not forget to bring a door. Not certainly sure what the taxes are, but perhaps was 600 DK gold each 3 days. When you build a house you aren't allowed to pay taxes till 3 days have passed-by, and you can't pay taxes ahead of time!
